Jamal always gives a friendly and professional service. I have been using him for years, wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. Jamal is the only broker I reccomened as I've never had anything but great experiences with him. Always has the best advice and is every quick to respond to emails and calls. You get a personal feel with Jamal. As if you're his main priority throughout the process, where as other brokers seem to put you on the back-burner once they've recieved their fee.

Jamal has been amazing dealing with our re mortgage. It is an incredibly difficult time with mortgage rates. He keeps me up dated and is constantly looking for the next best deal. He clearly explains what stage we are at. Would highly recommend.

Stayed in contact the whole time and was more than happy to take any questions at any time. Would 100% recommend him to anybody who is a first time buyer who isn’t sure of the process. Jamal provided an excellent service in finding me a mortgage. I had quite unique circumstances when applying and therefore was finding it difficult to find the right mortgage for me. Jamal explained everything I needed to do and was happy to answer any questions I had and was great at keeping me in the loop with how things were processing. Because of my unique circumstances and lockdown, our process took a considerably long time but Jamal always chased things up and got them done as quickly as they could be. We’ve now had a mortgage offer and know for a fact that this would not have happened without his hard work and professionalism. Would definitely recommend Jamal to anyone needing a mortgage.
